Sustainability
At IOC we are committed to becoming a premier mining organization in North America. To achieve this goal, the way we do our work every day at IOC is just as important as the work that we deliver. Our commitment to health, safety, environment and communities (HSEC) is fundamental to how we do business.
Social Investment

As a proud member of the Labrador West and North Shore communities, IOC is deeply invested in the vibrancy and sustainability of local and Indigenous communities. The needs of communities require contributions and efforts from many sources such as government, industry, and community organizations. IOC aims to invest where there are gaps that cannot be filled by other areas of the community and where IOC is best positioned to deliver a meaningful positive impact.

IOC’s social investment approach seeks to deliver lasting, positive outcomes and a legacy of valued contribution for the communities where we partner and operate.
